Column Sentry Goes "Green"

Column Sentry is now available in a "green" variety.  This new type of Column Sentry made from 100% post-industrial recycled materials, meaning that while protecting your column from forklift collisions you can also choose to help protect the environment.  This product will help keep this polyethylene material out of landfills, and reduces the use of foreign-purchased oil, a key component of polyethylene polymers.

The product is literally green because these recycled materials are typically gray or black in color, so we add the green to make this a uniform, attractive product ready to use in your warehouse.  If the color reminds others that you are using "green" products, all the better.

The Column Sentry "green" product features all of the proprietary advantages of the standard Column Sentry product, including our patented air-vent system and heavy weight construction.  It is available in all of the current Column Sentry sizes.  Contact your Sentry distributor for pricing

Rack Sentry LT Protects Racks in Cold Storage

Rack Sentry® is now available to protect rack uprights in coolers and freezers down to -30 degrees F.  The new product is a re-formulation of the original material with properties to protect in much colder temperatures. 

Rack Sentry allows warehouse managers the means to protect their racking systems without the need to bolt down their rack protection, potentially damaging the floor after impact. 

Because this is a change to the material, this product is available in all existing Rack Sentry sizes, including the popular Rack Sentry Cutout and Rack Sentry END

Sentry adds product to help "fill" a need

Sentry offers 14 different sizes of Column Sentry® products to cover a large variety of column sizes.  From as small as 4"x4"(15x15cm) all the way up to 20"x20"(51x51cm), Column Sentry makes it easy to fit your column.  Even with all of our sizes, though, once in a while a Column Sentry may fit a little loose on the column.  Though this does not present a problem with performance, a tighter fit may be desired.  For this reason Sentry is now offering filler sheets to tighten up the fit of any Column Sentry.  These sheets are soft, flexible sheets of foam-type material.  They are simple to cut to fit your need, the material is UL flame spread listed, and will actually help absorb impact.    Filler sheets are available in a standard 1"x12"x41" size, sold in cartons of 12 pieces per carton.  Please call us if you have questions or need this product.
